Today was such a fun day! This morning we started with our valentine deliveries to our friends. If a student had a hard time reading their classmates names I had them partner up with someone that could help them. After our Lanuguage Arts/Reading Lesson for the day, we moved on to math. Each student got a sweetheart box and away we went! We did patterns first and then graphing from the cool ideas of "WHAT THE TEACHER WANTS". After Lunch we started our "friendship sundaes" and then our classroom centers.
I had some stuffed animals and miscellaneous treats that i raffled off at the end of the day. I think the students had a smile on their face the whole day :) we ended the last 15 minutes with Charlie Browns Valentine movie to wrap up the day.
