Pilgrims

This coming week we will be learning about Pilgrims.
Here are some resources that I will be using.
What do you use?

Save these black and white images to your desktop for a free printable.  Shrink them a little on Word and you can easily paste them to a Popsicle stick for quick puppets.
Head on over to DJINKERS for some great November Downloads!

Pilgrim Bonnets --> this is the easiest pattern that I could find.  We are practiced this pattern today.  A regular white piece of construction paper works :D

Duck on a Bike

My first recorded read a loud!
Funny!
Students loved it!

Sometimes in order for the student to be engaged and have fun learning the teacher has to show an example of having fun while learning! (If that makes sense) LOL

Kinder Pow Wow

IT'S NOVEMBER!!
Just 8 more school days unitl Thanksgiving Vacation! Until then we are having a great time during Social Studies learning about: Native Americans, Pilgrims, The First Thanksgiving, and what it means to give thanks.
What is your class doing this month?
Leave your blog website in the comment box so I can check it out! :D
Kind of a unofficial linky party.

We have watched many Native American Dances on YouTube.  The kids wanted to try some of the moves out.
