OH BABY! I can't believe it has been two months since I last blogged! Life is definitely full of adventure these days between end of year activities, working hard on my masters, being in my third trimester of pregnancy and finally giving birth to a new baby boy this month. Whoa baby, and did I mention that in my spare time I scrapbook, pinterest, collaborate with my kinderland buddies, and have accomplished over 15 DIY projects for my new grade level change to fourth grade!
Needless to say I have not only been super busy but enjoying life to the fullest!
I want to thank all of my followers on Facebook, Pinterest, and Blogger for being patient with me and continuing to follow my blog even though my traffic has been slow.
Here are a few pictures I wanted to share with you!

A BUGGY of a Time!
Hello Hello! I am still here, man this year has been so hard for me to find time to blog. I wish there was more energy in my body and more time in a day for me to just sit and blog. I manage to pinterest and facebook but that is usually during my 40 minute lunch period and it is on my cell phone.
March and April were and have been a blast! We are having so much fun. I love this time of year because for the most part everyone is 100% on the same page and completely understand my expectations. I don't have to direct teach as much and I don't have to worry about students forgetting our routine and rules. :D
My main focus is on reading and getting every student ready for first grade.
We only have 7 more Mondays left of this school year. Amazing! And I am 6 months pregnant with a baby boy!!!! Today one of my students told me Mrs. Ayala your tummy is finally getting bigger!! We have a field trip coming up, end of year activities and of coarse graduation on May 24th!

On February 4th we celebrated our 100th Day of school. Each hat was made by the kids, there are ten strips with ten stamps or stickers on each strip to represent 100.
I hope you enjoyed these pictures, thanks to PINTEREST I have been inspired to do many activities in my classroom. Look back next week for Tx Public Schools Week activities.

Digital Design
Happy January everyone!! I am in full swing, I just started a new class in my masters program which means new adventures and NEW HOMEWORK!
EDLD 5366 Digital Graphics
and Web Design
As I began to click and
explore through The Bible of Ethiopia I was amazed, besides watching the
occasional history channel I had never first handily flipped through such an
aged artifact in my life. My first
impression was that I loved the contrast that was used by the author, there is
clearly color in not only the illustrations but in the important texts and
headlines that are important. The
repetition and alignment are clearly seen throughout the book, many of the
illustrations are repeated and the boarder around each page is repeated. The
font, which is really handwritten is beautiful, now days we just pick a font
online, imagine writing in the same font for hundreds of pages, I couldn't do
it.
